Dishwasher 101 is flying

R&R has developed a cutting edge in-flight dishwasher which makes it possible to greatly reduce weight and therefore cost attributed to dishes stored on board, while additionally enabling the choice of more luxurious tableware than before.

The Dishwasher 101  is a high-performance device although it is also small, light-weight and equipped with numerous safety features. It features programmable wash cycles ranging between as little as 3 up to 5 minutes, requiring only 3 liters of water per wash cycle.

Its dimensions are 602 x 814 x 615mm with a weight of 75kg.
The maximum power consumption is rated at approx. 3,5kW.

The standard front material is stainless steel, but this, along with the door handle, can be customized.

The unit is shock and vibration proof, decompression is also incorporated.
The Dishwasher has a very robust design, inspired by a model used in the ETA German railway cars.

The dishwasher has been on the market since 2013.
